So I’m starting off the new year with a new job. I am officially employed. I will no longer get to spend my weekdays lying on my bed watching American sitcoms, baking, napping, wearing PJ’s…my days of funemployment are over, and I am very sad about it. I have no idea how I’m going to adjust to actually having to book days off work, organising my trips around a job, I’ve never had to think about things like that before. But I can’t live the student lifestyle forever. This job will eventually fund my move to the US, in a months time when I’m already bored, I’ll have to bear that in mind. For now, I’m super excited!
2012 is off to a flying start for me. Happy New Year!
